I believe that at its core emotional wellness therapy is a process defined by:

- Supporting the execution of your plan to help you live a happier, more fulfilling, more VITAL life.
- Developing the skills and techniques you need to ADAPT to obstacles in the future.

As you can see, AVA is more than just a name. It comprises the core of my counseling philosophy and represents three of the fundamental principles that I believe guide a successful counseling experience. I’ve started AVA Counseling because I would like to help you on your therapeutic journey towards a better life.
